unknown anemone

this anemone is in my friends tank and even she doesnt know what it is... its never ever detached from the brick its on. this is it under the blue leds. [ she has strictly led lighting so its alot of blue haha]

It looks like a rock anemone to me. They come in many colors and can be very aggressive.

hmm... ow shes telling me that she took it out of the ocean with her boyfriend. at some tidepools nearby which makes sense because they look exactly the same... is that legal? hah
