I don't trust any of the little battery powered digitals....they just about all drift over battery depletion.....I generally keep a floating thermometer in my sump....that's a glass thermometer so it WILL stay true in response.....I also have an old etched glass thermometer in a cool stainless tube with screw cap, lined with cork....I check my other instruments against it...
