OK so I found this awesome light kit for my tank and I was wondering if 4watts per gal is sufficient for coals and fish?

4 watts a gallon can keep most corals and pretty much all fish. As long as you arent going into the harder to keep sps, should be good.

Well I was looking at a setup that was either 216W or 324W on my 55 gal, there was about a 70$ difference.
