What about my dynamite?
Hard to say really, it depends on how much water you lose each day and how tall your pump is. When I made my first sump, my return chamber was too small, and after only a day of evaporation the top of my pump was breaking the water's surface. I wasn't too comfortable with that so I made a new one. I lose about a gallon each day on a 30g DT with 20g long sump, and the return chamber is about 5 gallons.
