So while filling up my 110 gallon tank it entered the overflow compartment and I realized my bulkhead was leaking. After inspection I notice the threads are stripped on it. I couldn't find a replacement like it anywhere locally so I have to wait for an online order and could take up to a week. The waters basically full and sitting there stagnant. Is that okay to leave for up to a week? Should I put a power head or something in there so algae doesn't form or should it be perfectly fine?

I'd put a powerhead on there. Wouldn't hurt.

Yeah, it'll need some movement, to keep the water oxygenated.
