Yep. Sponge it is. Todd has a few in his main display tank.. they can get to a little over a foot long - so they should be neat... lets hope so...

He did warn me - if I try to break them in the water I'll immediately feel my hands start to itch... I have a feeling he learned that one the hard way

I guess that brings up a good point. When in doubt - don't poke (I think I had this same theory with some of my ex-girlfriends way back when but that was a different problem all together!)
