That's a pretty large hermit. Is there a picture of him on your build thread?

I'm just waiting for mine to die so they won't kill anymore snails. They look cool but I don't like replacing the snails just because a hermit wants a new house.

i added a couple snail the other day and about 10 seconds after i put them in my only hermit grabbed it and fliped it over and started digging to get it out of its shell the shell is to small but it was going to try the hermit is now in the sump until i throw it out across the yard.

I would love a queen conch just because they can grow so big.

They wouldn't ever get that big in your tank. The queen conchs we buy for our aquariums usually come to us at an inch long. It would take decades for them to reach several feet in size like they do in the wild.
