smell???

I took a good course last year at the university. It was called Aquatic Chemistry. It is a class required for a degree in all science fields of Environmental Engineering, Environmental Quality Science, Environmental Science and Management, and Water Supply and Waste Treatment here in Alaska. It has given me a lot of insight to aquarium biological systems. They were even patient enough to allow me to staggered BOD tests on a Reef aquarium during cycling with live rock. I think at least John would really have liked the course. Pretty intense math but lots of good data and detailed information that is applicable to aquariums. And to top it all off, the government paid for my tuition and textbooks. Nice!
