skimmer is back

My skimmer pump is back rom repair and operational! Only thing is it's creating a LOTTTT of bubbles and foam. I think it's probably because of all the crap it's catching up on...hopefully it doesn't overflow overnight. Normal for that to be happening, right?

Yeah,thats normal.The new pumps gotta break in,so its like your breaking in a completely new skimmer.Plus like you said,theres more gunk built up since the skimmers been down,so its got some catching up to do.
