I just saw a couple of shells that look like that. Do they molt?

You do not have a tank full of baby mantis shrimp, you have a tank full of pods, which are normal and healthy to have!

You guys are awesome. Thank you for the help. I need to learn to not freak out so easily over this stuff. Just wasn't expecting to see all these little things scurrying over my rock, especially when I didn't add them.
I took my little specimen to my LFS and it was identified as an amphipod, just like you guys had said.
Ted: Sorry man, the wife woke up with our youngest and found me still up. Had to get up early that next morning and she was pissed I was still up :P Thanks for all the help and the links. The website you listed with the videos had exactly what I have.
