Set up 55 gallon reef tank

I set up a 55 gallon reef tank 7 days ago I put in 35 lbs of cured live rock from LFS
2 bags of live sand That's it in the tank nothing else. The filters are fluvial 403 wet dry sump with bio balls I have a protein skimmer but not hooked up yet.
7 day test results =

calcium 580 mg/l ppm seems very high
carbonate 10 DKH not sure if high or not
phosphate .25
nitrate is at 160
ammonia is at 4
Test kit is a reef master API

Question is does this sound about right for day 7?
Should I skip a few days or test everyday this next week
Should I do a partial water change now?

Welcome aboard. Start your skimmer now to have it broke in. Do not worry, numbers are good. Check once a week or if you wanna watch it cycle, check just ammonia, that will be 0 then nitrites, then nitrates. It's is how you feel and if watching it cycle makes you happy, then do it
