scolymia Dohnut Coral Question !!

Ok so my LFS has one in a green color that they want 70$ for, im not sure if this is a good price or not, its about the size of 2 half dolras toghether.

My next question is will this coral do good on top of a pretty flat rock maybe about 6 to 7 inches up from the sand bed ???

I really dont like placing all my corals on the sand and as of right now i have my acan wellso and favia on the sand. im still looking into getting another Lobo or wellso in Red color so i know that will need to go on the sand bed.

Anyways yeah these are my questions.

Will it be ok on Rock ( Fairly flag with a couple ridges to hold it in place ) 6 to 7 inches up.

Is the price good for its size and color. I know the reds and mixed go for more.

I think thats good priced, but I cant say for sure. And I believe it will want to be higher, too, but always start low and acclimate to your light.

The price sounds good to me. Premium colored Scolys can sell for hundreds of dollars.

That one is $180 and 2.25 inches. It's also not perfectly round, but the color combo probs bumps the price too.
