Hello to all those in the exciting world of saltwater aquariums. I am a returning hobbyist to this wonderful activity. I successfully owned and maintained a 100 gallon tank for about 3 years back in the late 90s. Its been about 12 years since my last saltwater tank, but I'm looking forward to learning the hobby all over again. I recently picked up a 75 gallon (48x18x21) tank on sale at the local aquarium store. My intentions are to start slow and work my way up to a nice reef tank. I will take into consideration all advice that this great community is willing to give ranging from lighting and filtration to substrate and livestock.
