Remove investation from coral?

I just set up my tank a week ago . I'm moved my live rock over to my 29g and now only when I turn my lights just for feeding, I have them furry worms all on the rock. Is there a better way of removing these instead of playing catch ?cause they seemed to attach pretty well and my live rock selection isn't complete. I don't want these to start stocking cause they move faster then my clown fish. If there is a crab I can pick up maybe delete these pests?

Are they bristleworms? Pinkish/tannish in color? If so, don't worry about them. They are reef safe and great cleaners. One of the best cleaners you can have. They won't hurt anything.

Sounds like bristle worms to me. Every time I move a rock or coral they are there under them. They are good leave them alone.
