one thing i forgot to say is do not use baged live sand it is a waste of money and can cause a big cycle.

What other kind of live sand is there?

i cannot tell you for shure but you will have beter chances that it wont. if you change small sections at a time

I just added some more sand to my tank a month ago. I placed a pile in the back corner to let the critters get in it. When I started seeing critters I placed it where I wanted it. I have pods like crazy.
