OK I bought this fixture to start my future frag tank,
VHO Aquarium Lighting
Fixture is a white reflector with 4, 48" Water proof endcaps, Magnetic ballest will run up to 110 watt.

how deep should I go with my frag tank is it OK to use a reg 55 gal tank or is that to deep?? do I need to go shallow?? the bulbs are 2 110wt white and 2 75wt atantic.. what do you think I should do reg 55 gal or shallow? advice please I'm getting things as I can afford it

It depends on what kind of frags you plan on keeping. That light will work fine over a 55 for soft corals and some LPS. I don't know of anyone who has had success growing out SPS frags under VHO lighting.
