Pregnant shrimp ?!

i just discover that 1 of our shrimp... the 1 with red back with a long white stripe on it , have a HUGE belly full of ... seem like eggs ? what should i do and how can i be sure its pregnant ?

Can't really do much. The fry will become fish food. :(

It is pretty common for shrimp to attempt to reproduce in our tanks. Like David said, the eggs, and babies, if the eggs make it, make perfect food for everyone else in the tank.
