Plumbing Suggestions?

Blenny Badlands
I'm in the final stages of my plumbing project, but have a few questions about my return feed from my sump/refugium. I have a "Quiet One 6000", rated as 1506 GPH, for my return pump. I have a check valve, just in case, and have a ball valve to adjust the flow rate, if needed. I have a Durso pipe system (2 pipes) draining (gravity fed) into my sump through my bulkheads. Here are my questions:

How should I plumb my return line?
Should I use PVC or vinyl tubing?
Should I use one pipe/tube to bring water back to my tank, or split it?
Can I/Should I use a spray bar system, and what is it? :o)

Thanks for your advice!

I plumbed mine into a tee to spilt to the 2 returns. Also used the vinyl tubing, mainly because of the tight confines inside my stand. The vinyl was easier to run.
A spray is great, but thats a personal choice I think.I've just got the 2 loc-line spouts on my returns.Works great.A spray bar just spreads the returns flow out over the length of the tank. Not much for making water currents.
I also ran a seperate pipe for each drain. That way if something stops one up,the other can still drain the excess water.
