Seems like everyone has you covered. I just want to ask what kind of substrate do you have?
People have the most success with aragonite sand. If you have crushed coral or even gravel, the large particle size can trap detrius causing bad water quality. It also prevents snails and other burrowing critters from adequately cleaning the substrate.
