Oh my Chaluprea

My chaluprea or how ever you spell it that is the HOB fuge on my 55g some of the ends are turning red..... is that normal?

The parts in the water? If its red and stringy it is probably algae, got a pic for us to see what your talking about

Does it have algae growing on it? Can you peel or clean the red off?

Looks like you have red algae or cyano growing on your chaeto and caulerpa! So you just morphed them into chaluprea. I like it! :D

I wouldn't worry too much, unless it's out competing the macro algae.
