Nitrate - 0 ppm
Salinity - 31 / 1.023
PH - 8.2

That's really about as high as your nitrates should ever be. Water changes should lower them even more.

Everything else looks great. I'm assuming you did the tests in the morning? If so that would explain the pH being a bit low (it will be lowest in the morning).

Yes it was in the morning. Funny I did a 2 gallon water change 2 days ago.
