In all seriousness you`ll need to upgrade your tank or return him. In a small tank like that you`ll bring disease or illness on him in a shorter period of time.

Based on the pictures it looks like you tank is doing great. Your Tang is tiny but will grow quickly and begin to stress out in a matter of 3-4 months. They will grow fast.
