New Refugium...Never had one before! Questions

Yes it is for sure a hangon the back fuge. I dont know about the skimmer part.

I have some other plastic tube pieces that are supposed to hook up to a powerhead connected by some other tubing...Im not sure lol.

Hopefully my friend will be able to make it by over the weekend to help me out.

My only concern with this one is that when the person who was using it before took it off his tank he cracked it.

I have never dealt with crack items before and my friend says it will be fine once he covers it with I believe he said acrylic cement.

Hopefully it fixes it!

well jenna, you are in the right place to get at least started in the right direction..the folk's in here have nothing to gain by giving advise (unlike an LFS) lol
they gotta make a living aswell I guess..as far as a light goes it's been :frustrat: for me. I just can't see building something beautiful a real conversation peice and puting a cheapo light under it. after all the most exspencive one's that I've came across are around $40
