you know rigo, every stat on mandarins I read says minimum tank size 20 gal. hawk had his in a small nano. it could be done I think, but that all depends on if you have a fuge I guess
 
If you can find one thats eatting frozen,they'll do great in a nano.
The trick is in finding one that WILL eat frozen.Those are few and far between.

Thats the thing,finding one that actually eat frozen.No way will a 20g have enough pods for a Mandarin.
 
Wow Yote, triple posts. ;) Jerm had a mandarin a long time ago. It got sucked up into the powerhead. Goog luck. :D Oh, and nice pics, too.
 
See at least Rigo and Freak are taking the time and effort to individually reply to each post! Yote is just being flat out blatantly lazy and hitting cut and paste!! :)
 
lol...defenetly in the near future im gonna get one..my 20 is too crowded rigth now..my fish are too big..im setting up a new tank soon..so when is mature enough defenetly ill get a mandarin..
