Interesting coincidences with the shrooms and the pain. I hope you are feeling better and are getting things sorted out. I've fragged shrooms before bare handed. But that's only because they're so freakin slippery and hard to handle with gloves.

yeah, it was an amazing coincidence. i have handled it a couple more times after all this started without any problems. yeah i know, still no gloves yet. but one of my stuped hermit crabs kept knocking him over. ten thousand things to clean in my tank. and he kept insisting on cleaning the teeny tiny piece of rubble rock my mushroom was attatched to. i finally glued the small piece of rock to a larger one.
