Mixed some Salt

Mixed some salt finally and filled the 75 about 3/4's full, since i dont have all the rock and sand yet didnt want to overfill. Anyways, i mixed the salt and put in some powerheads to let it mix up real good after a few hours i started to transfer some stuff, noticed the water still looked a tad bit hazy ( like pouring milk in the tank) I knew the water should get clear eventually so i decided to continue with the transfer (since I had been breaking down the other tank anyways) anyways the water hazed a little more after i added the sand (i washed it out for a good 30 minutes before putting it in the tank, and then moved the rock over. I figured once all the sediment settled overnight the tank would look much better. Woke up today tank is still hazy, maybe a little clearer than last night but definitely hazy. Any suggestions?

You can run mechanical filtration to pull the particles out of the water, but other than that, it's just a waiting game.

yep,mine took close to a week.....i did put filter socks over all my PH's too....seemed to help...you'll have to clean them everyday too
