I had a dino outbreak shortly after I originally set up my tank.
I cut the lights out completely for a week and covered the tank from any sunlight, ran a ton of carbon and did 2 huge water changes during that week. When I uncovered the tank and turned the lights on, they were completely gone. Never came back either.
