Good find, I didn't know Petco carried corals, I have only seen fish. My local Petco has actually closed down their saltwater displays (thank god!). When I would go in there I would constantly see skinny tangs and other half dead fish.

Just make sure you keep em on the sand bed :D
If you'll every couople of days,they'll grow and spread quick.You can even spot feed em mysis.

Ok, hate to sound like a noob, but why do they need to be kept on the sand?

And also, when refering to a store, what the heck is LFS? I've been trying to figure that one out for days.:frustrat:

yea if you read my forum i adoped a yellow tang for freee! cuaee he had a mesed up fin but its doing reall well now

Seabee you keep them on the sand so that they will not spread to other rocks in your tank and take over like weeds.

Those things will spread like wildfire if they can,and keeping them on the sand will keep them in one place.

They and mushrooms are the only things that flourish in our Petco tanks so beware, they will spread like wildfire.
