Lighting Question

I have a 4 bulb T5 light with 4 x Dual Bluemoon LEDs. What are these LEDs for? I'm thinking just like a night lite type thing? Thanks

I have a 4" four bulb T5 light with 2 12000K whites and 2 blues which I just foundout isn't enough for most reefs so I'm looking for new bulbs or new LED lights
