Marineland Reef Capable LED Lighting System 24-36" That's the light fixture that I use. The tank is about 18in tall, and the sand goes up to the 16in mark. So it's either one spot on the sand that's around 16in down, or up on the rocks about half way down

May 27, 2012 #4 kbuser92 Breeder I would try the sand first then move them up after 2-3 weeks if they don't seem to be doing well enough.
