Looks like a normal astrea snail to me..

I dont think so, I think that is a collonista snail. Is it pretty tiny, about the size of a pencil eraser?

Collonista snails are often even smaller than that -- sometimes like half a grain of rice. That's what it looks like to me too.

Yep he is about 1/8 to 1/4 inch small. Good Bad or just ugly??

Good guy. Very common. I bet you have a ton of them in your tank.
