Yes, they do treat their fish systems in .2 ppm copper. I think my next order will be online. And I know they drip inverts, I would assume fish are the same.

Edit: how do I measure oxygen levels?

You should be able to buy an oxygen test kit from your LFS or offline. Salifert makes a good one.
