or you can just cut the stem in the middle then put live rock rubble into plastic cups, put one frag into each plastic cup, take a piece of netting or mesh (that you can buy at a fabric or craft store) and rubberband the mesh on top of each cup. but you dont get as many frags , sorry i stole that biff

If you just want more shrooms on the same rock, I took a sharp razor and just sliced it on diagnols and put the rock back into the tank. With in a month, the shroom had decided to split about 6 times.
