Help clownfish sick?

Both of my clownfish were doing good yesterday, then i did a WC only 5g and the tank is 35g. 3 hours after the WC one fish was MIA and the other was sitting in the corner. Then this morning i find the one clown DEAD:death: and the other swimming around. The one live fish isn't eating and breathing heavily.
Salt is at 1026
Nitrates:0
nitrites0
ammonia0
PH 8.0

What could be wrong?!? I messed with the powerhead and skimmer yesterday, maybie he was shocked? Can you do a WC wrong? it was the same temp(78) as the main tank was and the same salt.

He has a long white stringy poo for a day now and some where i saw thats a sign of a parasite. so i think i will QT and treat with prazipro

Don't pull him out to treat, it'll just stress him more. Prazipro is safe to treat right in your DT.

Well i did put him in QT and treated with prazi pro. I didn't treat in the main tank because i have some little worms in there i didn't want to die.
