I dont think its the flow...

i think the store we bought it from cracked it when he split it from the mother colony

would that be a cause maybe?

Now this all makes more sense now.There probably was flesh at the part that cracked,hopefully it will recover.

One of the heads aren't as inflated but it looks healthy.Nice flow in there too.
