good coral feed

I dunno how good it is, my corals seem to go crazy every time I put Coral Frenzy in the tank.

What kind of corals? Zoas and mushroms will rarely eat chunks of stuff. They mostly filter feed and take in trace elements, cyclo-peeze, phytoplankton or zooplankton.

Palys and LPS will eat meaty chunks. For these corals, I just feed regular old Marine Cuisine (meaty kind for all carnivorous fish). You can use rotifers too.

It's hard to say "X" is good for all corals, since they all have different nutritional needs.

I use this with most of my corals.

some types of lps will need larger foods like mysis. dendros, sun corals etc but even brains will eat this stuff.

+1 Rc
Different corals feed on different things. And all the foods above are great.
Another good good one though is Brightwell Aquatics Zooplantkon.

I dont target feed any of my corals except my sun polyps which which do not rely on my lighting like the other corals. Most of your corals get all they need from the water column and lighting. I have several corals that are 11 or ten yrs old and have never been target fed.

I feed my bubble a half of a silver side once a week and my green hairy mushroom half a silver side once every other week. The mushroom is about 4-5 inches across. It is cool watching him curl up into a ball to eat,

The zoa and palys I have just feed out of the water column

I have a mixed LPS and SPS tank and I alternate feeding using two products 1. TM Pro-Coral Phyton and 2. Pro-Coral Zooton. As the names suggest, one is phyto plankton like product and the other is a zooplankton like food product for corals.

I'm totally gonna feed my hairy mushroom some silverside! Didn't know that you could spot feed them.

I alternate in my feedings cyclops and cyclopeeze (target feeding everyother day my duncans and dendros), and everyother week I spot feed my brains and zoas with mysis and krill.

FYI phyto plankton is that dusty algae that you get on your glass, so when you clean off your glass you are also feeding your corals.

It is hard because it doesnt really grab the food with anything. And if there is too much flow, it ends up blowing the silver side out of it before it closes up. Next time I feed it' ill have to take some pics.
