Frogspawn with 40+ heads

Well, it's more like two frogspawns since it broke in a half a while ago, but what do you think something like that is worth? It's gotta be at least 8"-10" across when open. :D

$100 for each piece as two.

Here it is two years ago when it was just a frag, probably 2-3 heads.

This is almost a year and a half ago in my old 46g tank, right side.

This shot was from 6 months ago...

This one was just recently, it's on the bottom right behind the tang.

That's because your tank is so full they have no where to grow to!!

Maybe. I'm starting to think more and more it's because my tank is so zoa dominated. The LPS probably don't like those chemicals too much.

Which is why I bought a dual reactor from BRS!

...and haven't changed the media since August... :cry:

My LPS have always grown really slowly too, I haven't been able to figure out why.

Hahahaha, i have NOOOOoooo idea! That thing has always done well, even in my other tank. I have a couple hammer heads and they pretty much stay the same size forever. I don't feed him, although he's in a good position because that's the area of the tank where i throw food in so i know some of it will just fall on him. He's also in a good spot for flow from the vortechs.


Here's my other big growth coral.

The sps on the left back in October.

Here it is above the orange monticap... TWENTY FIVE DAYS LATER.

And the same pic I posted at the beginning of this thread, plus one more from the other angle. Both taken exactly 3 months later... last week.

Figure on anywhere between 10-15 bucks per head. Very nice frog there.
