Fish Need It Lights - Good or Bad

Does anyone have or know anything about this company and their lighting? My brother is looking to buy a new light and is looking into this one in particular.

I used a Fish Need It MH pendant over my 10. I love it. It was perfect for that tank. Their prices are excellent, and I have no complaints with their product from my experience.
