Dried up rock.

I have some dried rock that I have in an igloo box. I left it outside in my backyard and it rained for a couple of days. I want to use this rock for my new tank and I was wondering what I should do before I use it. I know that the rain has some bad stuff in it and its contaminated my rocks. I was thinking about using water conditioner and drench it in the rock and leave it in freshwater for a while. What do you think? I am new to this forum and the reefing hobby. I think all they need is perhaps a blast from the hose, more to remove any dust and such, the rain wouldnt leave behind anything too terrible.

I pressure washed mine. It was sitting for like 3 weeks though in my garage.
