Couple of questions

I'm wondering what this is? It is on the LR and has been there for a while haven't noticed it grow. white thing on the bottom

how do I get rid of it?
2) My mushroom seem to have lost a "flower" others are ok I think is this normal?
the one that is lowest on the rock is no longer there--sorry no pic of it now camera batt is dead--the white worm things are still there. I don't know all the tech names of the parts

3) a small turbo snail died can I leave it in there for hermitts to take when they are ready if I boil it so there is no decay from dead snail

Those white things are scypha (aka pineapple, or q-tip) sponges. They are harmless and reef safe! If you have too many of them, just pull them off.

It's not uncommon for mushrooms to detach and float away. They tend to do that.

Yep, you sure can re-use the snail shell for your crabs.

:dunno:with the mushrooms--does this mean anything might be wrong-- i was just reading another thread about lighting, I have 4-65w CFL in a 90gal. This is not a problem, is it??

Mushrooms will detach for a lot of reasons. It could be too much flow, not enough/too much light. Kinda hard to say
