try running a phosban reactor. you can get dinos from usually high nutrients and phosphates in your water.

It also helps to have some sort of nutrient export like macro algea in a fuge.

That looks exactly how my Dinos started out when they killed my tank.
Since their just starting,kill the lights and do a few big water changes over the course of a week or 2.You can also run the PH way up by dripping kalk 24 hours a day.A PH of 8.6 or higher should kill them.
