Ashley's 14 gallon Biocube!

Okay, well everything has been going well so far, but I have a few questions on some 'things' in my tank. What are they? (Sorry for the blurry pictures!)

White thing under the shell on the rock

I also have something that looks similar to this...almost like a mini tree that's on a little piece of rock on the sandbed in the 'cave' that ONLY comes up when the lights go off and seems to disappear during the day. I can't get a decent picture of it, but any idea of what it might be?

Anybody have any idea what the 'white thing' might be? I was just concerned it might be aiptasia and wanted to make sure...as I have some others around my tank as well...

Ashley, it is pretty small. Doesn't appear to be an Aptasia though. Just keep an eye on it as it matures, or pull it off with a pair of tweezers if you are bothered by it.

I got the pink stuff starting too. I do not know what it is.

looks like little sponges, i wouldnt worry about it.
