Sure, you dont need to feed him, its just kinda fun watching them eat. They will grow faster too

Just make sure your acro gets enough light and flow. The star polyps in the back will actually spread pretty rapidly after a bit. Zoas are also a good choice for a newer coral and come in a variety of colors.
