An update on my tank

Well, I guess I am ready for fish. I did a 10% water change today, cleaned things up a little bit and did some testing. PH was 8.2, Nitrites were 0, Nitrates were 0-2(hard to tell the difference), and Ammonia was 0. The Algae Scrubber is now making green algae. My refractometer should be here on Monday so I can monitor the salinity finally. Here are a couple of photos of my LR with some small hermit crabs and a snail climbing around.

Well, I am going to get a sand sifting goby first. I want a McKoskers Flasher Wrasse or a six line Wrasse.

congratulations. yeah I remember my first fish also ..:D
this was him for 5 years until I broke the tank down.. Saltwater Aquarium Fish for Marine Aquariums: Kaudern's Cardinalfish very hardy fish that didnt bother a soul and made it through all my early mistakes

You will love the Goby! Those sand sifting Goby's are so fun to watch. They aren't the most colourful fish, but they certainly do have personality. Mine likes to hang out upside down!
