OK I buildt a cheep bucket version of the algae scrubber in june down side I'm still having a brown algae problem in my tank up side I don't have to clean my tank glass as often..

Well I'm getting ready to build my new 55 gal sump to go with my new 90 gal tank that is going to replace my 55 gal tank w/10 gal sump, should I build in the algae scrubber or should I just go with my new aqua medic 1000..

It is pretty much the same concept as a fuge. Give a place where algea will grow so it doesnt grow in the DT. Then remove the algea for nutrient export.

What are your parameters like (Nitrates/Phosphates)? What kind of lights are you using/how long are they on for? How bad is the growth/any pictures?

When I do a search for Aqua Medic 1000 I get a Calcium Reactor or a CO2 Reactor. I'm assuming you mean the Calcium Reactor? However don't you want something to help remove phosphates? Like:
