I have a crocea clam in my 46. He kept throwing himself off the rock onto the sandbed, now I am sure he is anchored there. How can I get him off when I am ready to transfer him to the 180?
Second, one of the times he fell off the rock, he left a quarter sized chunk of his foot. This was several months ago now, so I'm not too worried about whether or not he'll make it. Rather, the chunk of foot is still attached to the rock, and is still "alive". It reacts to touch by retracting, then opens up again! Any expert opinion on this?
