Pic one & 2 were found in the filter & protein skimmer while rinsing them off to clean them.

& picture 3 I am wondering if they are pyramid snails? They are also in pic one & 2 VERY tiny white specs?

1 and 2 are scypha aka pineapple or q-tip sponges. 3 are spirorbid worms. Both are reef-safe filter feeders and a sign of a healthy tank.

I have heard sponges are bad because if they die & you don't take them out of the tank, they can kill everything within an hour. Is this true for this sponge, or any sponge?

That may be an anenome you're thinking of. That is definitely true of anenomes. But I've never heard that of sponges either.

Will it be obvious is an anenome is dead? Well that is good to know of sponges.

Also is there a bio/nano cube that has strong enough lighting to support an anemone? Without needing a chiller?

It should be obvious when an anemone dies.

IMO the MH NC/BC and the LED NC have enough light for anemones. I've had an anemone in my MH nanocube for about 9 months now and it's been doing very well.
