Why is it hard to find and is it expensive? As in how much would a large frag or small colony say 2 inches around cost?

I can only find it in Europe. But there is a good picture in this tread from Austria I have a very small (2inch) colony of it and I was told it is very rare and expensive but not how rare and expensive
