Thanks again.The live rock had so much living on it. It changes the way the tank loooks. It was coverd in halmidia,sponges,clams ,oysters and several differnt plants or macro algae.Do you think that is a gorgonia, in the pic behind the gobie. It was almost dead when the rock came in. And now has been growing back strong. Also what do you think the plant is that the gobie is resting in?
I will take a pic today of another intresting thing on the rock and post it in the identify forum. Thanks again
 
HOLY #^%@&! That is one huge Goniopora coral. Always happy to see new tank builds. Keep us updated. :mrgreen:

I have three sargassum plants that survived my live rock shipping from Florida.They are all growing. This one will need pruning sooner or later.

Those aren't actually green zoas -- those are button polyps. Very similar though! The button polyps will take food if you gently squirt some meaty stuff at them with a turkey baster.
