I like the background you used!! :D And the tank is looking great! Can't wait to see how its gonna turn out!

Wow,this the first time I seen this thread.Impressive, very nice looking tank, stand and even the sump.

If you are looking for a NNR(natural nitrate reduction) in the fuge, the sand really needs to be six inches deep. Most people don't have the space for that deep of a sandbed.Let the live rock and chaeto be the NNR and just use 1-2'' sandbed.

ok tank finally started to clear up last night i was able to position my rock better but im having flow issues with my drain to sump, please see my thread in the lighting and filtration section "DT to Sump Help" let me know if you know what the problem is. and i have a white powdery i guess sand dust on the rocks and powerheads is this normal and will it go away or do i have to clean them off?thanks
Kevin

The snails later will eventually push the dust off the rocks. If it bothers you,use a turkey baster or a powerhead to blow the dust off.

Looks awesome,btw!

Tank update !!
Tank is clear, i placed the canopy and lights on the tank, i installed a vent on my inlet to the sump to vent the air out that was blowing into the sump seems to work pretty good, i also put some of that pink insulation board from Home Depot in the back of the stand wow that made my tank very quiet, also a pic of the moon lights last night. now i just sit back and wait a few weeks for the cycle to finish.:bounce:
